Procedure of hiring language teachers

Basic Requirements:

1.Friendly to China and Chinese people, no legal issue with previouse employer and other parties, no violation on Chinese Laws and no criminal records.

2.Not older than 60 years old, in good health conditionand with good character, no bad habbits.

3.With bachelor’s degree or above and more than two year’s teaching experience.

Procedure for Employment of Long-term Language teachers

New-entry

1.The school is in charge of the recruitment and its procedure. If the decision of employment is made by school, you should submit the application form with both soft and hard copies of your CV, passport, degree certificate and certificate of no criminal records (this certificate should be translated into Chinese) 3 months before the start date of your employment. The Office of Cooperation and Exchange will review all the materials and inform the coordinator of the school with the final decision.

2.If the final decision of employment is made, the Office of Cooperation and Exchange will issue the softcopy of the employment contract with the assistance of the school coordinator.

3.The school coordinator will help you finish the procedure, and you will sign the formal contract when you arrive.

Transfer from other domestic organizations 

1.The school is in charge of the recruitment and its procedure. If the decision of employment is made by school, you should submit the application form with both soft and hard copies of your CV, passport, degree certificate and certificate of no criminal records (this certificate should be translated into Chinese) 3 months before the start date of your employment. The Office of Cooperation and Exchange will review all the materials and inform the coordinator of the school with the final decision.

Renew of contract

1.If decision of renew of contract is made, the Office of Cooperation and Exchange should be informed 2 months before the start date of the new contract and you should submit the Checklist for Annual Employment of Foreign Language Experts.

2.After the renew of contract is approved, the Office of Cooperation and Exchange will inform the school coordinator.

Procedure for Employment of short-term Language teachers
